All rates include Spectrum Exp. Basic Cable & Internet with High Speed Modem & WiFi with router.
Daily $80.00 (Daily & weekly rates include Electric for RVs.)
Weekly $390.00
Monthly RV Rates Plus Metered Electricity Are:
April - October $490.00
November $590.00
December - March $690.00
Single Pay Plans:
3 Months $1,890.00
4 Months $2,290.00
5 Months $2,690.00
6 Months $2,890.00
PLUS METERED ELECTRICITY
Reservations: $100 deposit required. Reserved lot rent is due in full January 1st or upon arrival.
Discounts for single pay stays of 3 months or more.
You can reserve the same RV lot for the next season if reserved by February 1st.
No deposits will be refunded after November 1st.
Pets:
Two Pets per lot, 25 lb. or under are allowed. You must pick up after your pet.
Additional Guests:
The above rates are for two people per lot. A surcharge of $2.00 per person/ per day will apply. Each person must register in the office.
Sewer Connections:
Sewer hoses must have a rubber donut at the sewer connection.
Storage:
Mobile home owners may have storage in the bull pen on a first come first serve basis. RV residents may have storage in the bull pen for $15.00 per month.
There will be a $15.00 late fee for all rents not paid by the 5th of the month.
Reminder - RESERVATION DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST
